Abstract
The authors look at the Work Situation Training Action (Afest) which breaks with the historically inherited separation between work and training. They explore the hypothesis according to which Afest, whose object is to mobilize activity for educational purposes and to develop the potentially formative virtues of work, contributes to the establishment of a new epistemology of training by operating compared to conventional ways of thinking, designing and delivering training, a triple shift: mobilizing the company in the development of the training process; base training engineering on the analysis of work activity; And ultimately transform both the profession of trainer and the organization of work by establishing educational spaces of a reflective and dialogic nature.
Keywords : Afest, analysis of real work, company, reflexivity.
