Abstract
This article presents a collaborative research-training project conducted with training advisors from the the French National Education Service in an academy undergoing restructuring. In a context of multiple transformations at both local and national level, a team of researchers offered accompanying “research” as a training action to help professionals tell their work. The objective was to make visible and value the work of the counsellors, for themselves and their hierarchies, through a collective, discursive and scriptural approach. This support has made it possible to identify their successes, difficulties, fears and expectations in a complex ecosystem, which is struggling with deep-rooted transformations.
